Buy/Sell Agreement
Seller guarantees puppy is healthy at the time of sale and will provide records showing vaccinations, deworming, and dew claws removal. Seller does not guarantee against any communicable diseases; examples being, but not limited to, parvo, coccidian, giardia, intestinal parasites, fleas, distemper, etc., as these can be introduced to the puppy after it leaves our possession. Both seller and buyer agree puppy is in good health at time of sale.
Buyer has until ________________ to have puppy seen by a licensed veterinarian to have the next vaccines and deworming. Puppy is guaranteed for 1 year against any life threatening genetic defects. Seller does not guarantee against anything that can be caused by injury or neglect. If your vet were to find any life threatening genetic defects, puppy must be returned to seller and puppy will be seen by seller’s veterinarian. If both vets find the same life threatening genetic defect, puppy will be replaced with one of equal value out of our next available litter at seller’s discretion. We do not guarantee size, coat, color, eye color, fertility, temperament, intelligence, or any cosmetic feature. A mixed breed can take on many characteristics that cannot be controlled.
Seller is not responsible for any vet bills after puppy leaves our possession. All financial obligations of the puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended that you continue using a premium puppy food and vitamin supplement.
The puppy is being sold as a pet/companion. If you cannot keep your puppy for any reason, we ask that you contact us first. You also agree not to relinquish puppy to a shelter or rescue at any time. You agree to provide a safe environment and proper care for puppy at all times.
